You need to
know that excessive alcohol consumption can trigger some hepatic conditions
like hepatitis and cirrhosis and that´s why it is necessary to avoid it as much
as possible. You should change this habit because it will be worst in the
future. You must think about the effects it has on your body and the things you
do when you get drunk. Alcohol is considered like a drug because of the
dependence created by the subject and the possible side effects. If you drink
every day, try to stop doing it so often. You can drink in special dates like
birthdays or meetings with moderation. You could spend more time on doing
exercise, working, studying or reading a book instead of drinking alcohol.
Sometimes people get drunk because they feel empty or sad, that´s why I
recommend you to be in contact with so many people like family and friends and
try to hang out and have fun. If you feel you can´t stop drinking is better to
go to a psychologist to get better advices. The most important thing is your
attitude if you want to get away from this; you may like to try other beverages
instead of alcohol like juices or water.
